WHAT FEAR CAN COST US.....
What if you knew how to reach the goals you ever wanted in life? would you become more carefree, take more risks, enjoy every moment without any hesitation…would you do it? Would you allow your life to change?
Each and every day, many of us if not all of us make goals to strive to be better than yesterday. We sit and imagine how life would be better, more fulfilling, if we achieved that joy and smile that we believe we want and need soo badly. As the days count on, and that original spark we held and felt alive with begins to fade away, we move more and more from being and feeling life, to being paralyzed from any motion. Here are some of the effects that comes with this kind of feeling!
Actual wellbeing. Fear debilitates our resistant framework and can cause cardiovascular harm, gastrointestinal issues like ulcers and crabby inside condition, and diminished fruitfulness. It can prompt sped-up maturing and surprisingly sudden passing.
Memory. Fear can disable the arrangement of long-haul recollections and cause harm to specific pieces of the mind, like the hippocampus. This can make it much harder to control fear and can leave an individual restless more often than not. To somebody in persistent dread, the world looks frightening and their recollections affirm that.
Brain processing and reactivity. Fear can intrude on measures in our cerebrums that permit us to manage feelings, read non-verbal signals and other data introduced to us, reflect before acting, and act morally. This can affect our reasoning and dynamic adverse ways, leaving us defenseless to extreme feelings and hasty responses. These impacts can leave us unfit to act fittingly.
Psychological well-being. Different results of long-haul dread incorporate exhaustion, clinical despondency, and PSTD.
So regardless of whether dangers to our security are genuine or seen, they sway our psychological and actual prosperity.
